AI-powered video content platform.
- Lead how Goldcast builds with AI. Built and own the AI-assisted engineering program (context docs, automated reviews, and guardrails across 12+ repos), now used daily across the team and expanding into a ~30-repo harness. I code through agents myself and run the org's bi-weekly agent strategy sessions.
- Own whatever the product needs. Built the compliance system that decides which orgs are churned and safe to delete, and a Salesforce-synced platform that runs the org lifecycle across tens of thousands of orgs in production.
- Rebuilt Goldcast Studio from scratch, before LLMs. Turned a scattered legacy admin panel into the platform nearly every later Goldcast product was built on.
- Worked across the whole product. Shipped on the Event App, Studio, and Content Lab, including a caption styling engine two other engineers built major features on.
- Own frontend platform and infra. Coverage-enforcement CI gates, platform observability with Datadog and LogRocket, a monorepo migration unifying 5+ repos, and an in-house Filestack replacement now underway.
- Handle the hard debugging. Traced CPU and memory issues by hand in Chrome's profilers, fixed a P0 polling cascade (~250K requests in 30 min), and recovered corrupted customer video from an HLS path mismatch. Deep, hard-to-trace work from before agents existed.
- Mentor and hire. Coached 17+ engineers on agentic workflows through 1:1s, meetups, and pairing; ran hundreds of interviews; trained 3 engineers to take over interviewing.
